Job Summary Leidos is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented GEOINT Analyst to join our talented team. This role is based at Nellis AFB, NV, a hub for elite combat training. Here, you'll be at the forefront of ISR testing, tactics development, and training integration for U.S. Air Force, Joint, and Coalition warfighters. Do you thrive on challenges? In this position, you'll analyze NOS, airborne, commercial, and FMV imagery while testing emerging technologies and creating synthetic GEOINT products that directly influence how commanders train and execute missions. Primary Responsibilities Generate insightful, high-impact imagery analyses and intelligence reports that combine multi-source data into actionable insights. Collaborate closely with operators, analysts, and mission clients to develop IMINT products that enhance combat scenario fidelity, incorporating live, virtual, and constructive environments. Create geospatial products that meet training objectives, exercise realism, and inform operational assessments. Work alongside teams engaged in composite force exercises covering the full spectrum of tactical operations. Support occasional shift work during major exercises to maintain mission momentum. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience; additional experience may compensate for lack of degree. Strong understanding of imagery and intelligence collection processes. Hands-on experience with NOS, airborne imagery, and FMV. Familiarity with precise positioning tools and Electronic Warfare theory. Solid knowledge of intelligence organizations, systems, and analytical methodologies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present polished products under pressure. Ability to excel both independently and as part of a dynamic, mission-oriented team. Preferred Qualifications Experience collaborating within the U.S. Intelligence Community and the U.S. Air Force. Knowledge of Nellis AFB exercise operations (RED FLAG, WSI, etc.). Proficiency with RemoteView, other ELTs, iSpy, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools. Experience with research databases such as MIDB/NPW, Cedalion, and NGA Softcopy Keys. Pay Range: Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 The pay range indicated for this job is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
