Come join the only women-owned dealership in Columbus.  Automotive Sales Representatives Job SummaryWe will train you to be a successful Automotive Sales Consultant and you'll receive great support from 5 Sales Manager/Closers. Unlike other dealerships, we get involved to help you sell cars and make money.  Unlimited earning potential and competitive pay plan with monthly bonuses.  Automotive Sales Representatives Responsibilities  Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealershipAssist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needsWork directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersReport to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Automotive Sales Representatives Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, hospitality, or retailEnthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workdayFriendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricingStrong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skillsInterest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed, and working in a team environmentClean driving record & valid driver’s licenseWilling to submit to a drug screen prior to employment Who We Are At Bob Caldwell Automotive Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
