The Lead Nursing Faculty - Certification & Licensure Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting all aspects of the nursing program, focusing on preparing students for their Certification Exam in their specialty. This position aims to maximize first-time pass rates by fostering a holistic learning experience in the classroom and throughout students' academic journeys. Responsibilities include developing faculty resources and collaborating consistently with system and campus leadership. Additionally, the teaching assignment will involve facilitating a preparation course, along with other courses as necessary. This position is on-site at the New Orleans (Metairie), LA campus. Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate preferred. Must hold an unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Louisiana or obtain licensure by the start date. Minimum of 3 years teaching experience. Proven experience in preparing students for Certification Exams. Experience in analyzing and reporting student outcomes to university administration. Pay: Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and specific circumstances of each hire. High starting salaries are uncommon.
