Senior Project Manager, Digital Engineering Solutions

As a vital member of our Digital Engineering Solutions team, you will also participate in research and development, promoting innovative ideas throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project completion independently while encouraging collaboration within the team. Lead initiatives that reflect the team's mission and core values. Engage diverse stakeholders from engineering and architectural backgrounds to ensure projects align with strategic goals. Effectively manage multiple assignments at once. Partner with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and risk management strategies. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while proactively managing scope and financial shifts. Identify and address risks throughout the project lifecycle, applying effective mitigation strategies. Timely resolve project challenges, escalating issues as needed to maintain project timelines. Ensure high-quality outcomes during the project delivery process and uphold established standards. Closely monitor project budgets to manage cost variations effectively. Facilitate excellent communication with leadership, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to keep everyone updated on project progress and address challenges. Lead cross-functional project teams, nurturing a collaborative and productive work environment. Collaborate closely with product leads and delivery managers to meet project objectives. Document project plans, KPI reports, and maintain thorough records for the project lifecycle. Stay informed about emerging technologies to effectively tackle industry challenges. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. At least 7 years of project management experience. Additional relevant experience may substitute for a college degree. Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as project needs require. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
