Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst / Demand Planner to join our team. This role is critical to supporting efficient supply chain operations, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and process improvement. The analyst/planner will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of materials and services for oil and gas projects, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to measure supplier performance, inventory efficiency, and logistics costs. Inventory & Materials Management Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points to ensure uninterrupted operations. Support demand forecasting and material planning processes. Procurement & Supplier Management Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract compliance. Assist in sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability. Logistics & Operations Support Analyze transportation and distribution efficiency, including freight spend and delivery timelines. Support optimization projects to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations (oil and gas industry preferred). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (Oracle JDE). Knowledge of oilfield services supply chain operations, including manufacturing, is an asset. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with international logistics and import/export compliance. Familiarity with category management and supplier negotiation strategies.
