As a Senior Project Manager in Cloud Consulting, you will leverage your extensive project management background, business acumen, and technical understanding of SaaS solutions to ensure successful execution of Oracle ERP projects. Your role will involve collaborating with Delivery teams, Solution Architects, Sales, and Customer Success Managers to guarantee that technology deployments are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with project specifications. You will also proactively manage risks that may arise throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excel in managing cross-functional teams, and cultivate positive relationships with clients. In mentoring other members of the Project Management Office (PMO), your contributions to improving processes will be essential to our continued success. Responsibilities Oversee project execution, financial performance, and outcomes within established parameters. Plan, monitor, and effectively communicate project stages, tasks, and financial status. Support the Delivery Lead to ensure successful project delivery that meets quality standards. Promptly address and resolve complex escalations from project teams and clients, involving leadership when necessary. Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to engage in Quality Management processes and address any identified actions. Effectively manage project scope, implementing a comprehensive change control process as needed. Oversee delivery acceptance processes and secure client approvals. Partner with clients to optimize operational and financial metrics. Align with Oracle's Delivery organization to ensure adherence to deployment best practices. Assist clients in transitioning to operations by leveraging Oracle support resources. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and Delivery Leads. Ensure scope management aligns with project goals, client vision, and Oracle's strategic objectives. Facilitate scope negotiations with project teams and clients as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in leading diverse implementations. Familiarity with Cloud-based implementations and industry-leading methodologies. Strong relationship-building capabilities at all levels, both internally and externally. Experience in developing and motivating high-performing project teams. Expertise in project management principles. Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices. Working knowledge of Oracle ERP solutions. Financial acumen regarding project budgets. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Visio). Formal training and certification in Project Management (CAPM/PMP preferred). Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous. This role requires on-site presence in Andover, MA, with an expectation of working in the office 4-5 days per week.
