This role focuses on developing dynamic, React-based user interfaces that are responsive and reliable in an agile environment. Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis and transition to full-time employment after the contract period. W2 Responsibilities: Collaborate with the product team to create next-generation applications. Design and implement dynamic, message-driven React components. Ensure UI responsiveness across various devices and states. Troubleshoot and resolve interface software issues. Take ownership of specific UI design areas from concept to implementation. Coordinate closely with backend teams on event-driven architecture and WebSocket integration. Experience Requirements: Proven leadership abilities with experience in growing and guiding a team. 7+ years as a UI developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript. Expertise in React; experience with React Native is a plus. Familiarity with Git for version control. Experience working with GraphQL. Solid background in RESTful APIs and web services. Skilled in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Experience with React workflows such as Redux or Flux. Proficiency in WebSocket technologies. Exposure to testing tools like Playwright is advantageous. Experience with mock service integration for APIs and databases. Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka is preferred. Ability to work independently and show potential for a future lead role in UI. Experience with mapping libraries such as Mapbox GL. Strong discipline in coding and testing practices, including unit tests and mock services.
