Facility: Gss Nd Mandan Sunset Location: Mandan, ND Address: 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: Flex Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50 Pay Info: $5000 Sign On Bonus Department Details $5.00 per hour shift differential $2.50 per hour travel differential Weekend and night shift differentials Flexibility to work various shifts as per the facility's needs Job Summary The Nursing Assistant (NA) is a vital part of our healthcare team, providing attentive care and support to residents during their stay in long-term care. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering personalized nursing care according to each resident's care plan under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Taking and recording vital signs and assisting with psychosocial support. Facilitating resident mobility and transfers safely and effectively. Contributing to a pleasant dining experience by assisting with meals and hydration. Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse. Supporting housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean living environment. Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs. Qualifications We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Minimum age of 16. Experience in long-term care is preferred. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) with the State Board of Nursing or willingness to obtain certification within four months of hire. Completion of yearly competency training and continuing education (12 hours annually required). Possession of a valid driver's license and safe driving record if driving is required.
