We are seeking an experienced Senior Low Voltage Systems Technician to support commercial and institutional projects throughout Collierville, TN. This full-time opportunity is designed for professionals with a strong background in integrated low voltage solutions who are ready to take on greater field leadership. The role focuses on delivering advanced security, audio/visual, structured cabling, and network system installations for clients across Collierville. Based in Collierville, TN, this position involves hands-on technical execution as well as oversight of installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable serving as a field lead on multi-system installations. Core Responsibilities Oversee field deployment of structured cabling, access control, surveillance, A/V, and data network systems across Collierville. Direct daily activities of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Execute system terminations, programming, testing, and commissioning of integrated low voltage solutions. Diagnose and resolve performance issues, system faults, and connectivity problems. Collaborate with project managers and customers to confirm scope alignment and technical requirements. Maintain accurate as-built drawings, test reports, and configuration documentation. Enforce OSHA standards, company safety practices, and applicable codes in Collierville, TN. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to developing technicians. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of field experience installing and integrating low voltage systems. Demonstrated expertise in structured cabling, IP-based security systems, access control, surveillance, and commercial A/V. Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical specifications. Industry certifications such as BICSI, NICET, or manufacturer credentials are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems. Proven capability to manage multiple active job sites while maintaining deadlines. Effective communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with local building codes and compliance standards in Collierville, TN.
