Role: Snowflake Data Architect/ Lead.Skills: Snowflake (SnowSQL, Snowpark, Tasks, Streams), MS Dynamics 365 CRM.Experience: 10 + yearsLocation: Boston MAWe are seeking a Snowflake Data Architect with specialized experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM ecosystems to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise data platform in Boston. You will be the primary architect responsible for bridging the gap between our CRM transactional data and our cloud analytics suite.Core Responsibilities:Architectural Strategy: Design end-to-end cloud data solutions using Snowflake's separation of storage and compute, specifically tailored for high-volume CRM data.D365 Data Integration: Build robust ingestion pipelines (using Snowpipe, Azure Logic Apps, or Fivetran) to migrate complex entities and relationships from Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Dataverse into Snowflake.Data Modeling: Develop scalable Star and Snowflake schemas that support real-time Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service analytics.Performance & Cost: Optimize Snowflake virtual warehouses and implement clustering/partitioning techniques to manage costs while maintaining low-latency query performance.Security & Governance: Define RBAC models and data masking policies to ensure CRM data remains compliant with privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA)Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years in Data Architecture or Engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake (SnowSQL, Snowpark, Tasks, Streams).Proven experience architecting integrations for MS Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Field Service, etc.).Tech Stack:Expertise in SQL and Python or Java.
