Auto Body Collision Paint Technician

Position Title: PainterDepartment: OperationsReports to: Location ManagerPosition Summary: MUST HAVE AUTO COLLISION EXPERIENCE!!!Responsibilities:Determines the methods, techniques, devices and materials that are best suited for the surface finishPerforms all prep and paint procedures and operations to ensure top quality finishCapable of refinishing to a level consistent to OEM finish without rework (no buffing, no runs, no dirt)Capable of disassembly and reassembly proceduresWill be prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, rustRemove accessories such as chrome or mirrorsSelect/operate correct spray gun for the material being applied Additional duties as neededJob duties/Job description may be adjusted or added based on the needs of the business or at management discretionRequirements: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team.Self-motivated.
