In this Lead Product Management role, you will shape the vision, strategy, and execution for our next-generation cloud platform. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the product lifecycle from design to release and defining new products and features. Conducting market and competitive research while managing the product roadmap. Developing new concepts and synthesizing business requirements from both internal and external stakeholders. Writing product specifications and planning product launches along with customer engagement initiatives. You will lead efforts across cross-functional teams, optimizing customer experience and communication by setting clear goals and defining business models. As the primary expert of your product's functionality, you will provide valuable feedback to the engineering team concerning architecture, design, and essential performance requirements. We seek a Product Manager with a strong background who prioritizes the customer experience and has a track record of successfully launching customer-facing products. You thrive in environments with rapid changes and ambiguity while balancing high-level strategic initiatives with detailed execution tasks. Critical traits for success include maturity, sound business judgment, a customer-centric approach, negotiation skills, influence, and analytical capabilities. Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Registration and Scheduling products, aligning with the TSO portfolio strategy. Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with stakeholders to gather insights that inform product development and enhance customer experiences. Product Development & Innovation: Drive the creation of new product features and enhancements using innovative strategies to meet market demands. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product integration and deployment. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize market research, analytics, and customer feedback to guide product direction and prioritize features. Agile Product Management: Manage the product backlog, define user stories, and oversee Agile development processes. Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Act as a product ambassador, sharing your vision at presentations, conferences, and on social media. Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Effective Communication: Create concise documents using data to inform decisions and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of experience as a hands-on product manager for customer-facing products. Experience in launching and operating customer-facing cloud services. Experience in training sales/field engineers on service/platform features. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years in product management or related fields. BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant experience. Comprehensive understanding of public cloud infrastructure services including Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services.
