Your Role: As a passionate consultant in this role, you will leverage enterprise architecture to facilitate business and technology transformations. With a focus on delivering results, you will drive strategic Enterprise Architecture initiatives and foster collaborative solutions to challenges faced by our clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to define and implement enterprise architectures that deliver significant business value. Lead the creation and execution of enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks. Assess existing technology portfolios to identify modernization opportunities that enhance strategic value. Evaluate the implications of business strategies on architecture landscapes including organizational structures, information flows, and application integrations. Create comprehensive architecture blueprints and guides for complex IT environments. Deepen your understanding of industry dynamics to propose meaningful changes in enterprise architectures. Oversee large technology transformations that yield tangible business outcomes. Utilize Accenture’s global network to enrich your insights and influence the technology landscape. Grow your expertise in architecture practices, assets, frameworks, and governance models. As a Manager, you will: Lead teams on substantial projects, ensuring deliverables are met while guiding and mentoring team members. Contribute to the creation of thought leadership assets and innovative market insights. Build long-lasting relationships with senior clients, establishing trust and collaboration while aiming for C-suite engagement. Participate in building and delivering strategic enterprise architecture proposals. Engage with partners in our strategic ecosystem. Develop your skills and support the growth of peers and junior team members. Be willing to travel as needed, up to 80%. Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures. A minimum of 4 years in creating strategic roadmaps and business cases. At least 2 years in technology/architecture consulting at an established firm. Experience leading teams and developing architecture-related recommendations. Comprehensive knowledge of common architecture challenges and proven solutions. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Preferred Skills: Business Architecture, Data and Information Architecture, and Governance Enterprise Architecture Strategies and Planning Cloud and Infrastructure Architecture Integration and Security Architecture Solution and Application Architecture Familiarity with emerging technologies and platforms. Bonus Skills: Advanced degrees such as an MBA. Subject matter expertise in Enterprise Architecture components. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with design and implementation of emerging technologies. Compensation: The compensation for this position varies based on location, role, and experience levels and includes a competitive benefits package.
