Keep workstations clean and tidy, completing thorough cleaning of guest areas as needed. Complete required training and assist in training fellow team members. What You'll Do: Lead by example and support your team in providing outstanding customer service Ensure smooth operations through food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling Train and mentor crew members to help them excel Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store by adhering to Food Safety and Brand standards Step in for the manager as necessary, aiding in key decision-making What You Bring to the Table: Prior experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!) A positive attitude and exceptional communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays A team-first mentality and a passion for great coffee and customer service Must be at least 18 years of age Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the U.S. Many Dunkin' restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
