To find out more visit and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Description and RequirementsAbout the Role We are looking for a high energy, curious, and motivated summer intern to support the North America Category Chief of Staff organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, systems, AI tools, and process improvement. The intern will gain hands on experience with the tools and processes that keep a major technology business running. This work will contribute directly to improving operational excellence across the Category team and provide meaningful exposure to business management. This internship role is based in Morrisville, NC at the Lenovo NA Headquarters and is scheduled to begin on June 1, 2026. Key Responsibilities Systems, Tools, and Automation Support analysis, maintenance, and improvement of internal system tools used across the NA Category organization. Use AI driven tools to simplify, automate, or improve existing workflows. Evaluate tool gaps and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, usability, or data accuracy. Process Improvement Review and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies. Work with cross functional teams to recommend improvements and help implement updated workflows. Assist with documentation, updates to standard operating procedures, and creation of scalable frameworks for recurring business processes. Business Management Support Assist the Chief of Staff with preparation for business reviews, operational updates, and leadership reporting. Analyze business data to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Participate in cross functional Category projects to gain exposure to Product Management, Business Management, Supply Chain, Demand Planning & Finance What You Will Learn How a large-scale business operates across Product Management, Business Management, Supply Chain, Demand Planning & Finance. How AI and automation can improve day to day operations. How processes are built, managed, and improved to support executive decision making. Core business management skills including structured problem solving, prioritization, communication, and cross team collaboration. Qualifications Required Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, MIS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to solve problems. Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and tools. Clear communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Preferred Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets. Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or automation platforms. Interest in operations, process improvement, and business management. Previous internship or project experience related to analytics or business operations.
