Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age A minimum of 4 months (1 year preferred) of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years Valid Class A CDL Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred; must be willing to obtain them No convictions for reckless driving in the past 5 years No DUI convictions in the past 5 years No suspensions or revocations within the past 5 years No serious violations in the previous 12 months No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years No more than 3 preventable non-DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years Essential Functions: Load and unload freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs) Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs) Open and close trailer doors (force requirement: 46 lbs) Enter and exit a commercial motor vehicle and trailer from ground level Count freight and complete bill of lading Obtain sales leads and secure extra shipments Hook/unhook trailers (force requirement: 90 lbs) Complete delivery receipts and perform pre-trip inspections Drive responsibly with regular and predictable attendance Operate forklifts and fuel trucks as necessary
