Job Summary: Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading provider of wellness, fitness, and leisure services, is seeking a Resident Services Specialist Lead to deliver exceptional service and support to residents and their guests. This role includes greeting residents, facilitating program registrations, handling transactions, assisting with events, and ensuring a high standard of facility cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities: Greet residents and guests warmly, providing a welcoming and professional front desk experience. Enroll residents in recreational programs, classes, and events; make reservations and process payments. Registers new residents and oversees monthly dues billing and member management database. Maintain accurate records of transactions, complete daily reconciliations, and adhere to financial policies. Communicate effectively with residents about programming, services, schedules, and amenities. Handle resident concerns or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to management as needed. Assist in the execution of programs and activities, including setup and cleanup for events. Monitor facility cleanliness and inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary. Support marketing and communication efforts by helping prepare flyers, bulletins, and other promotional materials. Ensure that only authorized individuals access the facility, and maintain a secure, safe environment. Keep the front desk and surrounding areas organized and free of clutter. Assist with lifting and moving furniture or equipment during setup for events. Report incidents or accidents promptly to management. Collaborate with team members to plan a diverse and engaging calendar of events and activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred. 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, fitness, or residential services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and appearance. Creative mindset, especially in marketing and promotions. Basic computer and office equipment proficiency. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks related to event support. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Indoor and outdoor work; may be exposed to varying temperatures and light cleaning chemicals. Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
