Position Responsibilities Oversee product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development for designated categories. Facilitate negotiations and meetings with both domestic and international vendors to foster strong partnerships for Uline product lines. Engage with vendors regarding performance metrics, product development, and maintaining top-notch quality standards. Cultivate relationships with Uline leadership and cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Marketing, and Quality Control. Mentor and develop a team of Product Management Analysts for optimal performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in sourcing products from both domestic and international manufacturers strongly preferred. Proven interpersonal, project management, negotiation, and analytical skills. Availability for international travel to attend tradeshows and conduct vendor visits.
