Responsibilities What You Will Do: Lead engineering initiatives to assess and implement cutting-edge AI/ML models and algorithms, with an emphasis on internal application and shaping the AI Infrastructure roadmap. Establish and uphold performance benchmarks for AI Infrastructure. Initiate and drive collaborative innovation pilots with key customers and partners. What You Will Bring Key Qualifications: Over 15 years of experience in delivering and maintaining large-scale, highly available distributed systems, including experience in developing AI infrastructure and operating high-scale services with resilience. Hands-on software development experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, CUDA, NCCL, RCCL, and vLLM. Experience in authoring PyTorch/CUDA libraries. Proficiency in AI/ML workload scaling, performance analysis, and optimization. Familiarity with AI accelerators and networking hardware related to AI is an advantage. Knowledge of GenAI algorithms and scheduling to optimize large clusters through data and tensor parallelism. Extensive experience with benchmarking and analyzing performance of various AI accelerators from emerging hardware vendors. Comparative analysis of new AI accelerators against industry-standard hardware for training and inference workloads. Education A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required. The salary range for this position is between $136,600 and $338,500 per year, with the potential for additional bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
