Your Responsibilities: Manage and lock deals using the Arive platform. Track leads and follow-up activities through HubSpot CRM. Leverage AI automation to connect with Realtors and borrowers. Work with a variety of loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, and Private lending. Establish and grow your own book of business and referral network. Qualifications: Active NMLS license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of origination experience required. Track record of at least $1M in monthly production. Strong knowledge of multiple loan products. Exceptional discipline in follow-up and CRM usage. Familiarity with digital tools such as Arive, HubSpot, Slack, Box, and Outlook.
