We are searching for an enthusiastic Perinatal Ultrasound Technician to become part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications As a Perinatal Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer, you will provide specialized care to ensure all patients receive top-quality, efficient service. Join our exceptional team that supports one another and values patient care deeply. What you will do: Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations with an emphasis on OB/GYN. Utilize ultrasound principles to assess fetal anomalies and conduct gynecological examinations. Adapt to various ultrasound systems while upholding high sonography standards. Identify fetal anomalies (CNS, maxillofacial, cardiothoracic, etc.) and perform ultrasounds on maternal structures. Conduct complex twin and triplet scans as part of our multiple gestation service. Diagnose gynecological anomalies effectively. Make preliminary assessments of gynecological and fetal disorders. Operate various ultrasound machines proficiently and stay updated on new technologies. Maintain detailed ultrasound logging records covering patient medical, surgical, obstetric, and genetic histories. Prepare patients for various procedures including Level I & II ultrasounds and amniocentesis. Foster professional relationships with team members and other healthcare personnel. Utilize independent judgment in interpreting Biophysical Profiles and alert physicians to potentially concerning situations. Qualifications: Associates degree in Ultrasound required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of one year of specialty (OBGYN) ultrasound experience required. ARDMS certification required; RDMS-OBGYN preferred. BLS certification required. Must be certified in diagnostic ultrasound per state regulations.
