CDL Driver - Landscape Operations

Position Summary Miller Landscape is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to support our landscape and construction operations. This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites while assisting crews with loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed. The ideal candidate has experience operating landscape or construction vehicles and takes pride in working efficiently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Safely operate landscape and construction trucks transporting equipment, plants, and materials to job sites Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials at the yard and job sites Assist with the safe handling and placement of landscape materials when necessary Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to deliveries, mileage, and equipment Follow all company, state, and federal safety policies and transportation regulations Represent Miller Landscape professionally when interacting with customers and the public Additional Duties All team members at Miller Landscape are expected to: Attend scheduled department meetings Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or equipment concerns Maintain tools and equipment responsibly Arrive on time and prepared for the workday Communicate respectfully with team members and leadership Provide excellent customer service Maintain a positive and professional attitude on job sites Requirements Valid CDL (Class A preferred, Class B considered depending on experience) Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Experience driving commercial vehicles such as landscape trucks, dump trucks, or equipment trailers Strong attention to safety and job site awareness Ability to work collaboratively with crews and project managers Reliable transportation to and from the office or assigned job site Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or heavy equipment is a plus.
