Role Overview Join CCH Tagetik as a visionary and dynamic Vice President to lead our North American operations. In this influential role, you will spearhead growth initiatives, develop sales strategies, and enhance our market presence. You'll embody the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup combined with the robust support of an established global organization. We are looking for a candidate with a remarkable history of scaling enterprise software businesses, a commitment to building high-performance teams, and the ability to navigate within a diverse organization. This high-impact position requires strategic vision, excellent operational skills, and an unwavering focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and market development. This position is available for remote work, ideally for candidates based on the East Coast or Midwest. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth Leadership Drive the growth strategy for North America through new business acquisition, customer expansion, and revenue enhancement. Act as a sales strategist, establishing ambitious targets and executing go-to-market plans for all product lines. Foster a strong sales culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, and customer focus while delivering results. Invest in relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing revenue and satisfaction. Build and nurture connections with C-suite executives, especially CFOs and CIOs, to position CCH Tagetik as a trusted partner. Engage actively in strategic sales initiatives, providing leadership in securing key business deals. Focus on revenue growth both from existing customers and acquiring new clients. Implement GTM plans tailored to oversee regional sales. Entrepreneurial Leadership Be a catalyst for innovation, challenging existing norms and driving creative solutions to seize market opportunities. Lead by example, acting as a mentor and coach to motivate and align employees with our mission. Collaborate within a local matrixed organization to cultivate a unified leadership approach that propels regional growth. Promote inclusivity and cross-functional collaboration in a diverse, global organization. Management & Operational Excellence Take ownership of sales performance, revenue generation, and operational efficiency metrics. Collaborate closely across departments to harness the company's collective strength in executing winning strategies. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and success across all levels. Work with global leaders (e.g., sales ops, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure regional strategies align with corporate objectives. Optimize resources and prioritize initiatives to maximize ROI and yield sustainable value. Ensure all stakeholders adhere to engagement rules for enhanced productivity. Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work effectively in a global, matrixed organization, balancing regional demands with universal priorities. Serve as a strong advocate for the region's needs and opportunities within the organization. Build relationships across diverse functions and geographies to ensure alignment and mutual success. Advocate innovative concepts to help the organization scale effectively. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay insights about market needs. Qualifications Demonstrated success in driving growth in the enterprise software sector. Over 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles. Deep understanding of the CFO and CIO buyer personas within the enterprise software industry. Experience in a global environment, with the ability to engage with various cultural and professional backgrounds. Proven entrepreneurial mindset, with a record of challenging the status quo and offering innovative solutions. Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management and achieving significant operational and revenue goals. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on inspiring, coaching, and empowering team members. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically for both short-term and long-term results. Compensation range is determined based on the primary job location. The actual base salary may be influenced by various factors including skills, experiences, and hiring location.
