Technical Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to provide expert technical advice on complex projects and tasks. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to develop, execute, and enhance action plans while engaging in specialized technical tasks utilizing cutting-edge technologies. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be vital in guiding and supporting our organization's technical initiatives. Act as a primary technical liaison between the PMO and various stakeholders. Manage and regularly update MS Teams Planners for Milestone Trackers and Project Plans. Identify and execute all FM integration requirements effectively. Utilize your expertise in Power BI to create dashboards that accurately track milestones, project plans, and accomplishments. Apply your in-depth functional knowledge to contribute to significant business projects and processes. Stay current with state-of-the-art research and technology development within your field. Engage actively in industry user forums and working groups relevant to your expertise. Identify and coordinate qualified internal resources and contractor teams to support project tasks, ensuring that technical and financial goals are achieved. Lead, advise, and mentor a capable technical team, fostering their growth and development. Coach and mentor internal staff in your areas of technical expertise. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred. Industry-recognized certification for technical expertise is preferred. At least 12 years of experience in a relevant technical field. Other Job Specific Skills Experience with Power Automate to improve the existing Teams ecosystem. A process-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and a collaborative approach in a technical context. Proven track record of developing strategic goals and leading complex programs successfully. Familiarity with the project development lifecycle and systems operations. Strong ability to interact with customers, senior leadership, and program managers in a matrixed environment. Experience building and leveraging a network of contacts for effective coordination. Demonstrated experience in crafting and delivering executive-level communications related to organizational transformation and business process changes. Able to work creatively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical leaders. Compensation Ranges The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000, depending on factors such as location, skills, education, certifications, and years of experience. This range is a general guideline and will vary based on each individual's unique qualifications.
