Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Eng Services AIP Join our dedicated team at UCHealth as a full-time Construction Painter, where you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to enhance and maintain the aesthetic of our facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our environment is not just functional but also welcoming and visually pleasing. Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $22.80 - $29.64/hour, based on experience This position is onsite and does not offer remote or hybrid options. Summary: As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for applying paints, stains, and surface treatments to various structures and property within our facilities. Your work will directly contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our high standards. Responsibilities: Apply protective and decorative finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, furniture, and equipment. Prepare surfaces through washing, scraping, sanding, and smoothing prior to applying finishing materials. Maintain and match existing paint surfaces to ensure seamless visual appeal. Keep work areas and equipment clean and properly managed according to departmental protocols. Utilize critical thinking and sound judgment to address any challenges that arise with minimal supervision. Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
