Systems Administrator Location: Topeka, KS Company: Ultimate LLC Pay Range: $36/hr - $66/hr , depending on experience and skill level Position Summary The Systems Administrator serves as Ultimate LLC's Quick Base subject matter expert , responsible for building, maintaining, and improving Quick Base applications that support operations, reporting, and workflow automation across the company. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead administrator for all Quick Base applications. Build and maintain apps, dashboards, reports, automations, and data models. Improve workflows by partnering with internal teams to remove manual steps. Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Provide support, training, and documentation to end users. Integrate Quick Base with internal and third?party systems. Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes. Build new tools and enhancements to support continuous improvement. Stay updated on Quick Base capabilities and apply best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of hands?on Quick Base development and administration. Strong formula, pipeline, data modeling, and permissions knowledge. Experience in operational or industrial environments preferred. Strong problem?solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to use a computer, read screens, and communicate by phone. Occasional bending, reaching, and lifting up to 10 lbs. Work Environment Professional office environment. Collaboration with both on?site and remote team members. Occasional evening or weekend work based on project needs.
