Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role We are searching for a dynamic and innovative Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations. In this remote contract role, you will take charge of all accounting functions, be instrumental in crafting growth strategies, and guide our financial direction for expansion. Key responsibilities include: Directing all financial activities and reporting. Collaborating with the Executive Team on forecasting and budgeting. Preparing financial statements and reports for regulatory agencies. Supervising a team to excel in various financial duties. Conducting and coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting (Master’s degree preferred) and a CPA designation (preferred). You should have at least four years of related experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience. Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, and Access is essential, along with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You need to be a strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities and effectively manage financial operations.
