This is a high-impact opportunity to work cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and business teams to modernize their cloud platforms and drive DevOps automation across mission-critical systems. You'll play a key role in designing scalable infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting the application lifecycle for internal enterprise systems across functions like Portfolio Management, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Data Governance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with engineering teams to support application development and deployment within a robust cloud-first ecosystem (AWS/Azure). Identify and implement self-service tools to accelerate CI/CD workflows and improve engineering productivity. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment using modern IaC frameworks. Contribute to DevOps best practices across build automation, source control, containerization, and monitoring. Use scripting and programming (Python, Shell, Groovy) to build internal tools and support cloud integrations. Engage with Agile/Scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning. Tech Stack & Tools You'll Work With: Cloud Platforms: AWS (primary), Azure (a plus) IaC & Deployment: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible Languages & Scripting: Python, Shell, Groovy, Java, JavaScript CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab Build Tools: Maven, Gradle Package Managers & Artifacts: pip, npm, Artifactory, ECR, Nexus Project Tools: Jira, Confluence Application Domains: Infrastructure-as-Code, Configuration-as-Code, Application Security (SAST, DAST, SCA) What Were Looking For: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering roles. Hands-on expertise deploying and managing cloud-based applications (especially in AWS). Solid understanding of source control branching strategies, code merging, and conflict resolution. Strong documentation and communication skills to interface with both engineers and business stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently or within Agile development teams. Nice to Have: AWS or Azure Certifications Financial services or enterprise tech experience Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling Familiarity with security-focused tooling (SAST, DAST, xSPM) Interested?
