Job Summary The Full Stack React Native Lead will provide onsite technical leadership for mobile application development. This role involves guiding solution architecture, supporting integrations, mentoring offshore teams, and aligning delivery with the client's technical ecosystem. The lead will work directly with business and technical stakeholders, oversee design decisions, and support demonstrations and user acceptance testing for mobile healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical leadership for mobile development efforts. Review and approve architectural and design decisions for mobile and backend components. Mentor, guide, and coordinate work with offshore development teams. Ensure implementations align with the client's broader technical ecosystem, including third-party integrations. Support demonstrations, walkthroughs, and UAT activities with business and clinical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure mobile architecture, integrations, and workflows are delivered effectively. Required Qualifications Strong full-stack development experience, including backend services, APIs, and integrations. Hands-on expertise with React Native and mobile application design. Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and secure development practices. Experience working onsite with direct interaction with technical and business stakeholders. Experience in healthcare IT, particularly mobile applications integrated with EHR platforms (e.g., Epic or similar). Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare data exchange standards. Prior experience supporting demos and UAT with business or clinical users. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and mobile DevOps practices. Mandatory Skills: React Native, mobile application design, CI/CD, mobile DevOps. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading full-stack or mobile development teams. Background supporting complex healthcare mobile applications or enterprise mobile integrations. Experience with additional modern mobile frameworks or cloud-native architecture patterns.
