In our expanding Employee Insights offering, we're seeking a Lead People Scientist to help our clients delve deeper than survey scores—discovering the true narratives behind employee engagement, culture, and performance. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead Workvivo's research strategy and scientific vision, collaborating across teams to enhance methodologies, and translating complex research into actionable insights. You will also represent Workvivo's scientific perspective through thought leadership and industry engagement. Your Responsibilities Include: Collaborating across product, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to improve our core product offerings, survey methodologies, benchmarks, and insights reporting. Developing and refining scalable frameworks and methodologies for impactful listening initiatives, including drivers of engagement and ROI modeling. Mentoring team members and serving as a subject matter expert in people analytics and organizational psychology. Leading the organization’s research strategy, defining how evidence and insights shape our brand, products, and customer interactions. Executing a forward-thinking research agenda that enhances our understanding of workforce dynamics. Translating complex scientific concepts into clear, relatable content for a range of audiences, from CHROs to internal teams. Creating science-backed messaging, user enablement materials, and comprehensive survey and measurement frameworks. Acting as a prominent ambassador for our scientific approach by presenting at webinars, advising strategic clients, and engaging with industry analysts and the broader people analytics community. What We’re Looking For: A Master’s or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of experience in organizational psychology, people analytics, employee engagement, or a related domain. Experience in consulting, client-facing, or advisory roles, preferably within a SaaS or HR Tech environment. Familiarity with employee survey platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, Culture Amp, or Medallia. Proficiency in statistical techniques like regression and factor analysis, and proficiency in software such as SPSS, R, Python, or Excel. Expertise in employee engagement, organizational behavior, and survey methodologies. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and convey insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $126,500 Maximum: $276,700 At Zoom, our Total Direct Compensation philosophy reflects base salary, bonuses, and equity values.
