As a valued member of our Construction Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, you will: Effectively communicate field quality issues to stakeholders. Collaborate with discipline subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Lead contractor quality audits both on-site and at fabrication facilities. Ensure clear understanding and timely completion of ITPs and inspection forms (Test Packs). Assist in developing requirements for Construction Turn Over Packages. Provide on-site assistance and inspections of materials upon receipt and before installation. Document nonconformities with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and oversee the implementation of corrective actions. We seek candidates with: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial Construction, specifically in QA/QC. Strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings. Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and bring innovative ideas to the table. In addition, ideal candidates will possess: A quick learning aptitude and a drive to expand their knowledge base. The capacity to work effectively within diverse teams. A flexible and adaptable approach. Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical construction. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or relevant on-the-job experience.
