We are actively seeking a talented, resourceful and committed Commercial Sales Representative to serve the Orlando, FL market.The Commercial Sales Representative will be dedicated to targeting commercial business with a need for relocation services by creating and managing new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business relationships. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, target driven, with excellent communications skills and a strong sales track record.Responsibilities: Prospecting new opportunities by developing sales strategies to attract potential clients or solicit new potential clientsDeveloping contacts and working with local real estate organizationsCreating new leads through research and networkingFostering relationships with organizations to identify potential needs and qualifying interestProducing National Account/Corporate opportunitiesNetworking in the Orlando, FL marketGenerating virtual and on-site estimates for prospectsCommunicating on a regular basis with branch operations Requirements: A bachelor’s degree preferredPrior B2B sales experience; preferably within the moving and storage industrySuccessful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageousStrong communication, teamwork, customer service and time management are key to successAn ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systemsReliability, attentiveness and professionalism Our dynamic work environment offers a competitive compensation package and excellent career opportunities.
