Your Role The Outdoor Recovery Associate is vital in managing outdoor merchandising projects and providing top-notch customer service. You will assist customers with loading their purchases, maintaining the store's exterior, and ensuring an inviting atmosphere. Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles and gather signatures for load out tickets. Perform loading operations ensuring safety and a seamless experience. Maintain the outdoor merchandising area according to our guidelines for a consistent shopper experience. Ensure accurate pricing and cleanliness of the store's exterior. Zone and organize outdoor merchandise areas during available moments. Utilize standard office equipment and retail tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Participate in cross-training and continuous learning opportunities. Deliver friendly and professional support to both internal and external customers.
