Key Responsibilities: The Cloud Solutions Architect for D365 will guide customers through targeted technical engagements focused on enhancing the performance and success of their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. Utilize deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement—such as Sales, Service, and Field Service—along with expertise in Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform to educate customers and guide them on solution architecture. Employ product knowledge and administration experience to assist customers in optimizing their Dynamics 365 solutions. Evaluate Dynamics 365 applications, integrations, governance processes, and platform configurations comprehensively, identifying risks and aligning implementations with best practices to deliver actionable recommendations for enhanced system reliability and performance. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to strengthen platform configurations and support customer success through high-quality service delivery. Conduct thorough assessments of customer Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations across various aspects, including architecture and environment setup. Analyze and evaluate security and access models within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including roles, business units, teams, and user permissions. Review customer health, operational processes, and administrative practices for continuous improvement. Perform detailed technical analyses of Dynamics 365 apps and Dataverse structures to ensure optimal configuration. Contribute to enhancing customer solutions by providing feedback, validating implementation patterns, and offering guidance on best practices. Identify risks, blockers, and configuration issues across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem—including customizations, data models, and integrations—to improve overall health. Recommend improvements in line with Microsoft best practices for Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and platform governance. Deliver professional, client-facing documentation that outlines health assessment findings, configuration reviews, and suggested next steps for long-term platform success. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience. Ability to comprehensively assess Dynamics 365 applications and configurations, aligning implementations with best practices while providing clear recommendations for improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. Up-to-date knowledge on foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration. Expertise in Model Driven app administration, customization, and integration. Proven ability to design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) that align with operational SLAs. Experience in business continuity planning and incident response coordination. Excellent communication and documentation skills suited for both technical and executive stakeholders. Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements. Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience level.
