Key Responsibilities: Service Portfolio Leadership: Define and manage the global service portfolio lifecycle, establishing a clear vision and strategy. Business Ownership: Meet and surpass financial targets, fostering growth in revenue, attachment rates, and overall profitability. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead global plans for new and existing service offerings, collaborating with departments to enhance market share and adoption rates. Value Proposition: Craft compelling value propositions from customer insights and industry trends for a cohesive, client-focused message. Customer Insights: Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) sessions and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SSO Operations and Tektronix business units to ensure effective service delivery. Pricing Strategy: Manage the global pricing strategy for services, maximizing price realization and profitability. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to long-term strategic planning within SSO with innovative, data-driven ideas. Performance Management: Utilize business leadership to achieve key performance metrics related to revenue and profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS in Management preferred. At least 5 years of product marketing or management experience with measurable P&L responsibilities. Experience in global product or service marketing with a history of market share growth. Expertise in operational excellence using tools like kaizen and continuous improvement. Able to balance immediate performance with long-term strategic initiatives. Background in branded B2B or B2C environments, ideally with complex technical service offerings. Proven ability to develop VOC-driven product strategies. Strong ability to influence and establish trusting relationships within matrixed organizations.
