Role Overview As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will utilize your extensive consulting experience and industry knowledge to provide top-notch solutions tailored to meet client needs. You will work independently, applying Oracle methodologies and best practices to implement Oracle products and technologies effectively. Your expertise will guide customer engagements, ensuring that high-quality, integrated software solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Identify and document customer value gaps using the proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Develop remediation strategies and collaborate with customers to establish actionable plans. Work closely with customers to address top priority gaps and implement effective solutions. Architect complex solutions by integrating both configuration and technical components with our Technical Services team. Offer strategic guidance to customers in optimizing their business processes through impactful consulting. Define and specify detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations. Collaborate with Technical Services to design, unit test, and visually inspect automations and integrations. Ensure high-quality deliverables through comprehensive reviews of team members' work. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Embrace new AI technologies, integrating them into your consulting practice to enhance customer value. Collaborate with other ACS teams to provide comprehensive service delivery, including POS, eCommerce, and technical support. Follow business processes that prioritize customer satisfaction and overall success. Preferred Qualifications: Over 6 years of experience in NetSuite's core vertical markets, specifically in Supply Chain Management and Distribution. Strong familiarity with NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management. Documented success in business process consulting focused on performance improvement. At least 2 years in an external consulting role with experience engaging with C-suite executives. Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations. Strong capabilities in custom development analysis, design, and testing. Excellent communication skills. Proven commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience leading projects or teams is advantageous. A finance or accounting background is a plus. Relevant certifications, such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, are preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team with various technical, functional, and process-oriented skills. Capacity to synthesize information into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
