Job Description Production Supervisor 2nd shift Temporary Graham Personnel Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Conduct regular inventory checks and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels. Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse regulations. Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff. Investigate and report any safety incidents. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment. Coordinate repairs and schedule routine equipment inspections. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in warehouse operations. Previous experience in a supervisory role. Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
