Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team at The Little Clinic. You will play a critical role in building relationships with patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting community health initiatives. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality medical care while achieving company productivity metrics. Engage in peer reviews, quality assurance, and team meetings with fellow health practitioners. Maintain a safe and quality-focused healthcare environment. Ensure the clinic operates during all scheduled hours. Collaborate with regional management to organize community events that promote clinic services. Address feedback from customer experience surveys, as directed by management. Manage clinic inventory and order necessary supplies for efficient operations. Perform quality control on medical instruments and scheduled CLIA-waived testing. Utilize company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support the mentorship program as a role model and resource. Stay updated on clinical knowledge through ongoing education seminars. Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed. Control operational costs to meet profitability goals. Maintain an active presence in the community through nursing organization memberships and outreach programs. Present a professional image by adhering to The Little Clinic's dress code. Participate in additional operational tasks as assigned by management. If designated as a float, travel to specified clinics within a geographic area. Be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience). At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Active Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant certification along with all necessary state credentials. Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C), as appropriate. Valid driver’s license. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Strong commitment to patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Desired Qualifications: Experience with relevant clinical procedures. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care settings. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
