LaneStaffing is seeking an experienced Public Health Nurse IV to support tuberculosis (TB) case management services in Houston. This role is critical in protecting community health through patient care coordination, monitoring, and reporting.We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented registered nurse who can provide case management support, coordinate services for patients, and ensure compliance with public health reporting requirements.Only applicants meeting the required qualifications will be considered.Key Responsibilities Provide tuberculosis (TB) nurse case management Coordinate services including transportation and medical eligibility assistance Monitor patient progress and compliance with treatment plans Prepare, complete, and submit required reports Collaborate with public health teams and community resources Perform additional duties as assigned to support program operations Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas Minimum four (4) years of experience as a practicing registered nurse Valid Texas Driver's License Ability to complete documentation and reports accurately Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Public health or infectious disease experience Case management experience Strong communication and patient coordination skills Education SubstitutionA Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with two (2) years of general nursing experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience, may substitute for the experience requirement.Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a public health clinical environment and requires working with patients requiring tuberculosis monitoring and treatment coordination.Apply TodayJoin LaneStaffing in supporting meaningful public health initiatives across Houston.
