Lead the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours! Open the restaurant and serve a delicious breakfast to our valued Guests. Inspire and motivate your team to achieve greatness. Complete daily paperwork to help track our success! Manage breakfast inventory effectively. The primary role of our Morning Shift Coordinator is to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service during breakfast hours, leaving them happy and satisfied! As the heart of the team, you will inspire your staff and tackle any challenges with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with team responsibilities and inventory management will be key to your success in this role. You'll also handle paperwork and manage financial transactions as part of the job. Morning Shift Coordinators are crucial in preparing the restaurant for the lunch rush as well! Who Are We Looking For? Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Physical Requirements: Accurately count money. Read and write in English. Lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Basic computer skills are required. Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Engage in reaching, bending, seeing, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing. Carrols Values Its People!
