Your Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and treatments for patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions. Create personalized outpatient physical therapy plans designed to maximize patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare providers and maintain thorough documentation in Raintree EMR. Participate in continuous professional development and team-driven initiatives. Manage a caseload of approximately 50 visits weekly, with designated time allocated for documentation. Qualifications: Completed degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice. Excellent communication skills and clinical reasoning. Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
