CHHA Home Health Aide

Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs- Monitor and record vital signs- Assist with light housekeeping tasks- Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises- Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical recordsQualifications- Experience or certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures- Familiarity with memory care, dementia care, and home community care- Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals of diverse backgrounds- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalismJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits: Flexible schedulePaid time offReferral program Medical Specialty: Home Health Work Location: In person
