As we expand our Information Assurance & Cybersecurity Solutions practice, we are looking for experienced candidates in CMMC or FedRAMP for the role of Cybersecurity CMMC Assessment Manager. This position offers flexible work options, including the possibility to work remotely, depending on delivery needs. In this crucial role within our CMMC practice, you will engage in various activities related to consulting, governance, readiness assessments, risk management, and remediation for clients focused on: CMMC FedRAMP, StateRAMP, TXRAMP NIST (NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53) If you have a proactive learning mindset, excel at managing client relationships and projects, and are eager to contribute to a growing team, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead consulting and attestation services by: Managing project resources in collaboration with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and other team members. Driving internal growth through relationship-building and participating in sales presentations. Overseeing project management efforts to ensure quality control and the proper planning, execution, and direction of all deliverables. Providing regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, emphasizing engagement outcomes and financials. Identifying opportunities for process improvement in project delivery. Supporting attestation and certification service delivery through thorough work papers and report drafting. Maintaining a strong client focus by cultivating productive relationships with client personnel. Handling multiple clients and compliance standards while paying close attention to detail. Participating in marketing and sales initiatives, including media development and presentations. Mentoring team members on CMMC and other standards while collaborating with offshore resources where applicable. Utilizing your expertise to coach others on innovative compliance strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Accounting. Relevant professional certification (CMMC CCA or passed CCA pending). 4+ years of experience in controls assessments or consulting, encompassing leading implementations and attestation services for CMMC or FedRAMP. A willingness to learn about compliance standards in a consulting environment. Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. The salary for this position ranges from $117,600 to $165,000, with total rewards reflecting factors such as experience and geographic location.
