Guide and lead the restaurant team in the absence of the manager. Inspire and support your team to thrive and succeed. Document daily operations to assess the performance of Burger King. Effectively manage inventory to ensure efficiency. As a Shift Leader, you have a vital role in making sure our customers enjoy their meals just the way they prefer! Your primary responsibility is to lead your team, address immediate challenges, and showcase superb organizational and communication skills. You will need to understand each team member's functions and oversee inventory management to drive success. Daily paperwork, financial transaction management, and assisting with deposits will also be part of your duties. As the leader during your shift, you will ensure smooth operations at the beginning and end of each day. Our Ideal Candidate: At least 18 years of age. Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment. Physical Requirements: The Shift Leader position involves several physical tasks, such as: Accurately processing cash transactions. Reading and writing in English. Regularly lifting items up to 40 pounds. Basic computer skills. Standing for prolonged periods. Performing motions such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and pressing.
