Position Summary:The LLMSW Therapist will provide therapeutic services to clients through a combination of remote telehealth sessions, in-person appointments, and home visits as needed. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, independence, and a diverse work environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy. Offer services in a variety of settings: via telehealth, in the office, and in client homes as appropriate. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards. Collaborate with supervisors, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care. Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development. Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality standards as defined by the NASW Code of Ethics. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master Social Worker) credential in the State of Michigan. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload. Comfortable providing services in client homes and through Telehealth platforms.
