The Opportunity Join our Business Application Consulting team as a Senior Associate, where you will have the opportunity to drive technology modernization in banking. You will guide teams and clients through intricate challenges while promoting collaboration and communication, ultimately influencing the future of banking technology. Responsibilities Provide actionable insights and recommendations for impactful change Mentor team members to strengthen their understanding of technology Navigate complex project requirements to drive successful outcomes Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all deliverables What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years of relevant experience What Sets You Apart Preferred Master's Degree Preferred certifications: Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) In-depth knowledge of banking technology modernization Effective communication skills to influence decision-making by articulating risks and strategic objectives Expertise in enterprise architecture and integration strategies Experience leading end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud ERP Skill in conducting workshops and training to enhance Agile fluency Proven ability to lead complex ERP transformation initiatives that deliver substantial business value Experience in facilitating iterative value delivery while balancing project governance The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired candidates will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid leave.
