You will collaborate closely with product engineering, development teams, and subject matter experts to enhance Oracle's healthcare offerings. Your expertise will contribute to drafting strategic concepts and papers that further Oracle's mission in healthcare, while also building strong partnerships to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards. This position is primarily concerned with the Oracle Health & Life Sciences units yet will also engage with other Oracle business units catering to the health and life sciences sector. What You'll Do: Your primary responsibilities will include: Monitoring and analyzing state and federal policies related to health IT and interoperability. Assessing the impact of regulations on Oracle Health products and services. Collaborating with Oracle's product engineering teams to evaluate product functionality and develop regulatory strategies. Effectively communicating complex regulatory and technical requirements to product and development teams. Serving as a subject matter expert for internal clients on standards and regulations interpretation. Partnering with product development, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance standards are met. Conducting gap analyses and risk assessments to identify areas needing improvement. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare policy or compliance within a large health system, health IT consulting, or governmental roles. Experience with state or federal government entities is advantageous. Strong knowledge of federal and state health IT, data exchange, or interoperability policies. Familiarity with Oracle Health EHR products is preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams on complex regulatory issues. Membership in healthcare trade associations and industry groups is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency with the ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications. Salary and Benefits: The hiring range in the US is from $87,000 to $178,100 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
