This high-autonomy leadership position will enable you to make substantial impacts on client relationships, talent development, and financial performance. As a pivotal leader, your responsibilities will include: Sales and business development to secure new project opportunities. People leadership, focusing on mentoring and developing top-tier project management talent. Financial and risk management to ensure the division's profitability. Providing divisional and enterprise leadership to promote operational excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. At least 15 years of experience, ideally with a general contractor specializing in the wood-frame multifamily sector. A proven track record in leading successful project teams and building strong client relationships. Advanced financial and business acumen. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth market is highly desirable.
