KPMG is excited to welcome a Manager/Senior Manager to our Global Compliance Management Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Oversee assigned global compliance engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery. Lead client communications and facilitate insightful process review debriefing sessions. Collaborate closely with engagement teams and clients to ensure seamless transitions throughout projects. Supervise escalated engagement questions, providing guidance and solutions. Maintain and enforce standardized contracts to uphold compliance and service quality. Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager: Share best practices and insights with both domestic and global compliance teams to foster continuous improvement. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of recent tax or accounting experience, including at least three years in a project management role. Experience mentoring and guiding both staff and senior-level team members. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; must hold a relevant credential such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MTX, MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt (or higher); individuals not possessing one of the required credentials upon hire will have one year to obtain it. Preferred: Certified PMP. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and delegation capabilities. Able to thrive in a national/international team environment and collaborate effectively with peers remotely. Demonstrated ability to work independently with suitable oversight. Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager: A minimum of eight years of recent tax or accounting experience is required.
