NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator /Manager Details: Senior-Level Salesforce Administrator and Manager Location: Houston TX Type: Full-Time (onsite 2x a week) Description Our client is a leading innovator in the solar energy industry, dedicated to providing sustainable and renewable energy solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior-Level Salesforce Administrator and Manager with a strong background in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration and management, demonstrating proficiency in optimizing and managing Salesforce platforms to support business operations and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the organization. Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Salesforce Management: Lead a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, providing guidance and support. Oversee the development and implementation of new Salesforce applications and changes to existing applications. Ensure that the Salesforce platform is fully leveraged to meet the evolving needs of the business. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for Salesforce usage within the organization. Identify and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to enhance business processes. Align Salesforce projects with the company's overall business objectives and strategies. User Training and Support: Provide ongoing user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the Salesforce platform. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency. Address user issues and troubleshoot problems to maintain a high level of user satisfaction. Data Management and Security: Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform. Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures. Perform regular data audits and cleanups to maintain data accuracy and reliability. Integration and Innovation: Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications. Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve Salesforce processes and functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and management. Proven experience in the solar energy industry is highly preferred. Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.
